COACHING WITH NORTH LANGLEY BASEBALL

The foundation to running a successful program is to have coaches that continue to grow, learn and feel supported by the board.

Prior to the season, North Langley encourages all coaches (all age levels) to attend the Coaches Conference which is hosted by BC Minor at the Langley Events Centre. NLBB will cover costs for any coach that has signed up for the season.

During the season, NLBB will have training and coach support available. Our VP of Coach Development will help assess any needs and will work with the coach to help support them through the season.
