• This Little League program is designed for cognitively and physically challenged youth to enjoy the benefits of learning the game and participating at a level geared towards their abilities.
• North Langley program was enjoyed by 16 players on two teams.  The division is sponsored by our local McDonalds Restaurant and is FREE for all participants.   The main objective of the program is to ensure that everyone has fun!!!!!!  
• Every player is assisted by their “Buddy” who provides game assistance and most important —— lots of encouragement and enthusiasm.

Kim McFadden coordinator of NLDS Challenger Division will retire after 15 years of involvement with this fantastic division.

NLDS can not say enough praise for Kim and her work over the past 15 years to help out cognitively challenged kids and families enjoy the sport of baseball.  Kim has been the anchor for these kids and their families with NLDS.  The great spirit she brought to the Challenger division will continue.  Thank you Kim, you are one of a kind!

I am so honoured, humbled and blessed by all of you and am so appreciativeof your kindness.....it truly means a lot to me, especially at this time.

North Langley has given me way more than I have given it and I am proud to be a part of the organization, and also am so pleased and proud to see it continuing to improve and go forward each year. 

We are all part of this Community together, and the common thread that gives us a purpose to contribute, build and laugh are things like NLDS....each of you, especially the Executive,  sets a fine example for the youth and our own neighbors of what a Community can do together and be proud of ....from the 4 yr olds in Blastball to the 19 yr old Sr. Div...through the Challenger Div. and the Rep teams,  we are all a part of something the same, and it feels really special to be a part of that. 

Take good care everyone, remember to take time to rest and rejuvenate and spend time with your families because before you know it ... Grading season will be again!
